OUR TERMS
1% discount 15 days from date of invoice. Net 30 invoices not paid according to terms are subject to monthly service charges of 1-1/2% per month. (Annual rate of 18%)

NO MINIMUM ORDER
Every order, no matter the size, is important to us.

QUOTATIONS
Write, FAX, phone or email us for a quotation on any item, even those not currently in our catalog.

RETURNS
Your satisfaction is our desire. You may return merchandise by your sales representative. If this is not convenient we ask that you call us for shipping instructions before returning merchandise to us. No returns without RGA.

CLAIMS, DEFECTS & DAMAGES
We ask that you notify us of shortages or damaged/defective merchandise within 10 days of receipt.

SALES TAX
IMSCO is required to charge applicable state and local tax on every item for which a sales tax exemption certification has not been provided. When ordering please indicate which items are exempt.

FREIGHT POLICY
Orders under $100.00 are shipped FOB Taylors, South Carolina. Depending on the type of merchandise, orders over $100.00 are prepaid to destination.

SPECIAL SERVICES
If you have a special shipping or billing request, please let us know. We will do our best to accommodate your particular needs.

LIMITED WARRANTY
Neither we nor the manufacturer shall be liable for any injury, loss or damage, direct or consequential, arising out of the use or inability to use any item sold by us, but our only obligation in lieu of all warranties expressed or implied, is to replace any item proven to be defective.
